How Koze Works
5 Simple Steps To Get You Nice & Koze:
Step 1: Find the battery pouch inside your jacket/ vest and plug in the Koze power bank provided (FREE 10,000MaH power bank comes with every purchase!).
Step 2: Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn vest/ jacket on. The light will flash indicating that it is on.
Step 3: Once on, it will be on the HIGH heat setting. Press button again to toggle between heat settings. LOW (Blue), MEDIUM (White), & HIGH (Red).
Step 4: Turn Off jacket by holding the power down for 3 seconds. Please unplug the battery so it doesn't drain itself while not in use.
Step 5: STAY WARM & KOZE!
Do I need a battery to heat my vest or jacket?
Yes, but don't worry! We provide a 10,000mah battery with every vest and jacket ordered so you're never left in the cold!
How long does the battery last for?
It will vary on usage and what heat setting you have your vest/ jacket on.
Typically low lasts about 10 hours, medium lasts about 6 hours, and high for about 4 hours.
Is it water resistant?
Yes! We made sure our jackets are water repellent just in case the weather changes up on you.
Do I need to unplug the battery after each use?
Yes! We highly recommend to unplug your battery after each use. This keeps your battery from draining while not in use and gives you more time to spend being Koze out in the cold.
How long does it take to charge?
On average our batteries take about 5-6 hours to charge to full. We also offer spare batteries so you can swap them out while on the go!
Are you jackets machine washable?
Yes! Our jackets are designed to be washed on a delicate cycle so you can keep your jacket fresh.

How fast is shipping?
